Allegations of Misconduct

Identification and Handling of Allegations of Misconduct

The publisher and editors of the Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer Research are committed to taking reasonable measures to identify and prevent the publication of manuscripts involving research misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, citation manipulation, and data falsification or fabrication. In cases where misconduct is identified, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include the prompt publication of an erratum, clarification, or, in the most severe cases, retraction of the affected work.

The publisher, in collaboration with the editors, will take all necessary precautions to ensure that manuscripts involving research misconduct are not published and will not encourage or knowingly permit such misconduct to occur under any circumstances.
