• For manuscripts submitted on or after August 1, 2026, the Article Processing Charges (APC) is 400 USD for non-Iranian corresponding authors and 20,000,000 IRR for Iranian corresponding authors.
• The journal is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to all academic work. All original articles, technical briefs, and review papers are available for free access immediately upon publication. Readers are not charged for downloading articles or reviews for their own scholarly use.
